Many people ask “how to refill stamp ink?” and it’s really a hassle-free process. See how easy it is below!

How to Refill Self-Inking Stamp

  1. Pick up the stamp and flip it upside down (stamp side up)
  2. Slightly press on the stamp 1/4 – 1/8 of an inch down
  3. Find the edge of the stamp pad inside the unit & grasp it with pointer finger and thumb to pull it out
  4. Lay stamp on a flat surface & add 3-5 drops of stamp ink on it & smooth with applicator tip
  5. Pick up the stamp and flip it upside down (stamp side up)
  6. Press on it 1/4 – 1/8 of an inch down
  7. Insert re-inked cartridge back into the stamp
  8. Make a few test stamps to get the ink flowing

How to Refill Pre-Inked Stamp

  1. Pull on the handle to remove the top reveal the dye box or there may be buttons on the sides that you need to push to remove the handle
  2. Add a couple of drops of stamp ink to each opening
  3. Replace the top and make a test impression but holding for 30 seconds to get the ink flowing

How to Replace the Ink Cartridge on a Stamp

  1. Slightly press on the stamp 1/4 – 1/8 of an inch down
  2. Find the edge of the stamp pad inside the unit & grasp it with pointer finger and thumb to pull it out
  3. Take the cover off of you replacement ink stamp
  4. Insert new ink pad into the stamp
  5. Make a few test stamps to get the ink flowing
